Start with the room and the wall

A waterproof panel does not automatically waterproof the wall. Joints, corners, penetrations and the substrate must follow the specified installation system. Decorative self-adhesive panels and rigid PVC panels are not interchangeable.
Before installing inside a shower or near heat, confirm that the exact product is suitable and obtain the relevant instructions. Never use a covering to hide an unresolved damp problem.

For large panels, check stairs, lifts and access routes and arrange suitable handling. In a rented home, check the effect of adhesive on the wall and any permission required.
