2. Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales concluded on the MPDISCOUNT website between MPDISCOUNT and any customer. They apply primarily to relations with consumers as defined by the French Consumer Code. Any order implies prior, full, and unreserved acceptance of these GTC, which the customer declares to have read before validating their order.
3. Products
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product page with the greatest possible accuracy. Minor variations may exist (shade, texture, visual rendering), particularly for products with a decorative finish or made from natural materials. Photographs and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes and do not have strict contractual value.
4. Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery charges which are specified before the order is validated. MPDISCOUNT reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the price applied is that in force at the time of order validation.
5. Order
The customer places an order by selecting products, validating their cart, accepting these GTC, and then proceeding with payment. A confirmation email summarizing the order is then sent to the customer. MPDISCOUNT reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of a prior dispute, payment default, or suspected fraud.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order, via the secure payment methods offered during the order process. The order is processed after payment confirmation.
7. Delivery
Delivery terms, times, and areas are detailed on the Delivery & Returns page. In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the absence of a specified date, MPDISCOUNT delivers the product without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days after the conclusion of the contract. The risk associated with the products is transferred to the consumer at the moment they take physical possession of the goods.
8. Receipt of Packages
We invite the customer to check the condition of the package upon delivery. In case of a damaged or incomplete package, it is recommended to make reservations with the carrier and report the problem to customer service as soon as possible, with supporting photos, to facilitate the processing of the case. The absence of reservations does not deprive the consumer of their legal rights (conformity guarantee, seller's responsibility for proper delivery).
9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the consumer customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the last product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or pay any penalty.
To exercise this right, the customer informs MPDISCOUNT of their decision by an unambiguous statement (email to contact@mpdiscount.fr, mail, or standard form below) before the deadline expires. Products must be returned within 14 days following the communication of the decision to withdraw.
The consumer can handle and try the product as in a store; their liability is only engaged with regard to the depreciation resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods.
Standard Withdrawal Form
To MPDISCOUNT (SAS) – contact@mpdiscount.fr – return address: Schwarzwaldstraße 7, 77871 Renchen, Germany:

– Name(s) of consumer(s): ____________
– Address(es) of consumer(s): ____________
– Date: ____________

10. Returns and Refunds
The direct costs of return are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of delivery error or defective product attributable to MPDISCOUNT. Returns should be sent to the address: Schwarzwaldstraße 7, 77871 Renchen – Germany.
In case of withdrawal, MPDISCOUNT will refund all sums paid, including standard initial delivery costs (excluding additional costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer), no later than 14 days after being informed of the decision to withdraw. The refund will be made via the original payment method. MPDISCOUNT may defer the refund until the goods have been recovered or until proof of their shipment by the customer has been provided.
11. Legal Guarantees
Regardless of any commercial warranty, MPDISCOUNT remains bound by:
- the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code), which allows, in case of a lack of conformity, for the repair or replacement of the goods, and failing that, reimbursement; this guarantee applies for 2 years from delivery;
- the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code), allowing for reimbursement or a reduction in price.
Any request can be sent to contact@mpdiscount.fr, accompanied by supporting documents (invoice, photos, description of the defect).
12. Liability
MPDISCOUNT cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products, non-compliant installation, or failure to follow the manufacturer's recommendations. These limitations do not apply to damages resulting from legal guarantees or fault on the part of MPDISCOUNT.
13. Personal Data

14. Intellectual Property
All elements of the site are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of MPDISCOUNT. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

These GTC are subject to French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts will be determined according to common law rules; the consumer may choose to refer the matter to the court in their place of residence.
