What are the delivery times?
Your orders ship within 24 hours. Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days on average across Europe. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Can I order a sample before buying?
Yes, we offer samples for most of our panels so you can judge the material and colour. Send your request via the form above (subject “Samples”).
How do I install your acoustic / marble panels?
Our panels are easy to install by gluing or screwing, depending on the surface. Instructions are included, and our team can advise you on the right method for your project.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after delivery to return an unused product. Contact us with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.
A product arrived damaged, what should I do?
We're sorry! Write to us via the form (subject “Support”) with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund you quickly.
